Hi we are on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan with Marketing Application. We also have setup the Dynamics App for Outlook.
We are experiencing the shown error when trying to cancel an appointment from Dynamics. This however happens intermittently.
Has anyone ever got this error and managed to solve it please?

Hi,
This issue can happen anywhere not just on Appointment or Cancellation. It can be either thrown by a plugin or a custom workflow, so on.

According to the error message, this could be caused by your custom plug-in or workflow.
Please stop the plug-ins and custom workflow in appointment and try again.
When you checking the plug-in or workflow, please pay attention about the security role and permissions.
