salesorder discounts not working as expected. With loyaltycard and without. retail.

We have loyalty card discount 10% off for all items. Now we want another discount 30% off if salesorder is over 50.-

So we have another retail periodic discount with threshold, but it works only if customer has no loyalty card in salesorder. With loyalty card number customer gets only 10%.

Any ideas where to look? I tried multiple ways without any good result...
