Is there anyway to remove all posting group from users permissions?

Hi Community,
 
Is there anyway to prevent users from accessing any of the posting groups below via removing the permissions to access them?
Or which better way to restrict user from entering the posting group?

    This is possible using permission sets, it's not very difficult. Hopefully the information below can give you some hints.
