Hi,
I get the following error in CE when uploading word templates, the upload failed because the selected file is not consistent with the template layout.
This word document is already imported and working in a different entity, but now I want to move it to a new Entity (upload it as a new and choosing different entity) and I get the above error. How could it be imported in the first case? How to fix this?

Hi partner,
The XML mapping of an entity's word template corresponds to the fields of this entity.
For example, only the fields of the Account can be mapped in the word template of the Account entity.
So you can't upload a word template to different entities.
