What's the type of the instance are your working on?
If you are using On-Premise, you can host your aspx page on the server and call it.
But if you are using online instance, D365 does not allow us to put aspx. So you may need to put the aspx page somewhere else like azure vm.
Or you could also use HTML instead of aspx.
