Can you check your purchase order header and lines and double check that a valid cost center has been entered there?
Then resubmit the workflow.
If this does not resolved the issue, provide more details/screenprints.

Would be better if you can share the screenshot of the error message you are getting to see the complete detail.
However; looks like you have not selected the cost center dimension value in the PO which could be a mandatory dimension as set in the account structure.
Can you please check in the configure account structure (if you have access to this form) form for this!
Else; kindly check internally who can confirm you about the mandatory dimension value in this form.
Once you have find it out; just select the cost center dimension in PO (Header and in Lines both) and submit back for workflow approval proess.
