i try to open system on live company I CANT but on sandbox i can

when i want to open the business central in the cloud in sandbox I can sing in but in a live company when i click on it will appear the first screen (Microsoft dynamics 365 business central) and he stays like this and not respond

Maybe you don't have the permissions to access the production.
How I can limit users to don't viewing the Chart of Accounts Ledger entries he makes purchases invoice link with job no task and dimension and he post this invoice
By using permissions, you can remove the permissions for that page or table
