Unable to Post Bank Deposit

Hi:

Upon trying to post a Bank Deposit, the end user received the error message pasted below.

She has access to the following User Group Memberships: D365 FINANCE, EXCEL EXPORT ACTION, and EXTERNAL ACCOUNTANT.

She, also, has access to the D365 BANKING and D365 READ Permission Sets.

In fact, she has the Permission Sets shown at the bottom of this posting.

Anyway, she seems to have everything needed.  So, why would she get this message?

Thanks!

John

    Hello John,

This was a known issue that has been fixed.

Hotfix has been deployed in SaaS versions.

So, if you are using SaaS version, you should not face this error anymore.

    Can you please check again?

    Thank you.

I'm afraid that the end user is, still, unable to post Bank Deposits.

Hi, if the problem persists, it may be caused by insufficient permissions.

It is recommended that create a new permission set, and then let the super user post Bank Deposit and record the required permissions. Then assign this permission set to the end user.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Zhu:

I'm afraid that I had already tried this.

    This issue is very odd.

    Thanks, though!  :)

    John
