GP2013 Additional Employee Positions

I am trying to add multiple positions on an Employee using the "Additional Positions" button on the Employee Maintenance window. When I click new I am able to add a new position, however, the current position is replaced instead of a new position being added.  I am using GP 2013 and have the Position Control Module is not enabled.

    RE: GP2013 Additional Employee Positions

    Hi Mike,

I may be very wrong about this, but it is my understanding that the additional positions window leads the calculation of 'full-time-equivalents'. I tried adding a new position and a new position dutifully added to the window. The only way I could get it to change the position on the Employee Maintenance card was to check the Primary position checkbox. If you open the additional positions window, which position is marked as the primary? You can open a different position if desired and mark that one as primary.

    Kind regards,

    Leslie
