Business Central to CRM Integration Error

Hi guys,
 
Currently I'm facing issue with BC integration to CRM, this issue occurs after BC update 22. Last time, if this error not solved, BC will prevent update to this environment.
I've been trying to solve this issue with every method I know, but still no solution. for information this issue happen because of custom table on CRM.
