Is there a way to show the available inventory (actual minus sales orders) in the item list or somewhere else at immediate view without having to run a report?
@Phoyer: PowerBi would be your best option to have immediate views of anything without having to run reports. Please note the real time refresh in PowerBi is a paid service.
That value is shown in the Projected Available Balance field, which is available in many places, such as in the Item Availability by Period window that you can access from the item cards/list. Note that this field also includes scheduled supply on the specified date.
