When a user selects date time in Actual start date in work order form , the field gets cleared automatically. It is happening often and we need to change the field value again.
Why is this happening?
Review the business rules on the form -- it's possible that someone has created one that resets the start date.
There are no business rules for this field . This has been happening for the past 3 days

I'm not sure which date field you are referring to by "actual start date". Is this field customized by you? Did this happen in the last three days? Worked fine before? Are you referring to the following fields? If it is convenient, can you provide more details, such as screenshots, etc. I'll keep looking for what might be causing the error for you.
Hi this is in work order form.
This is not happening all the time. But it was so annoying when it happened 3 days in a row. It was working fine before.
So we are not sure what is going on. Also there are no business rules, js , plugin or workflow

Can you check the incident Type ? Maybee you have the suggested time is coched in the incident type related to the work order.
Else, You must also check the web ressources (events associated to this field in the form).
