Our client is using blank paper stock for printing check. They have a particular format requirement to be printed from the system with some additional fields and MICR details. We tried following options:
1. Exporting the report and adding the field in the standard report is not possible as system does not allows to add new fields in the standard report.
2. We tried creating a new RDLC layout report from scratch. We got following problems
- MICR data is printed into default font and not in MICR font.
- All the standard functions does not work while printing of check.
3. We tried creating a new Word layout report from scratch. We got following problems
- There is no data showing up in the report.
It would be very helpful if somebody can guide us on this as to how to print a custom check in D365 Business Central.
