Thanks, Altaf. This information helps and clearly, it seems to be missing privileges issue. You can open and compare both Sales person and Dealers security role and check what is missing in Dealers role as compared to Sales person role. Let me know if you need any help with comparing roles.

i am not getting any error with non-admin user or with any specific role.
actually i have created a SLA which run on a datetime attribute update if i will update with admin login, then it's work fine but with custom role it's not work. i have a custom role which name is dealers.
