SSRS Report show lables as "@sys90221"

Posted on by 505

Dear All,

While running ssrs reports after installing AX 2012 r3 Version 6.3.6 all lables are shown as "@****" format for all Users. Please see below pic.

SQL Server 2016

Now I have done almost all solutions there in internet.

1. restart of AOS

2. checking server config

3. checking password of report server

4. full CIL, redeploy.

5. Clearing .AUC files.

almost every thing.

I strongly believe some where my report extension configuration not correct but I cannot confirm.

Just do installation of report Extension using below link :

    community.dynamics.com/.../install-dynamics-ax-2012-r3-step-by-step-step-4.

If deployment of reports poses issues, do deployment from powershell.

if you go to "http://ServerName/ReportS; and go to manage >> security >> all roles should have "DynamicsAxBrowser". Also try to do SQL Server Configuration Manager and re do all configuration again and check all sites working.

    Hello Guys,

I know its late, we have solved this issue by removing the ax component "Reporting Service Extension " only from the AX Installer Setup and installing it again. Thanks all for your support.

The blog mentions ways to identify  the cause of the  error

Two possibilites it mentions to  check are:

Is your AX report extension on the  reporting service machine the up to date version for the reporting extension

Are yiur time zone rules updated with Windows.
