We have current setup, MS CRM Online and Microsoft Email Exchange On-premise 2013.
Can someone please advise which Email Configuration Settings should we use.
Can we use Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook option for Incoming Email & Outgoing Email & Appointments, Contacts, and Tasks
or we need to use Server-Side Synchronization.
Our goal is to track communication in social pane under record in CRM and be able to send e-mails from MS CRM
