I have set up the vat daybook in cards>company>vat daybook reports. the when I goto tools>routines>company vat returns. the option I have setup in the vards section doesn't appear to be there and when I run the report all the fields are zero values?
any ideas would be helpful

Resolved it now, when I had set up the vat calendar I hadn't back dated it and only ran for 2015 and I had raised the invoices in 2014.

I have setup the reports and set up the calendar. I realised after posting I was running the wrong report. Even then though I have put some invoices through just to test it working and it is pulling zero values through.
Not sure where I have gone wrong on this.

Hi Joe,
Tools - Routines - Company - VAT Return, is part of the core GP code.
"VAT Daybook" is an addon (it's listed as a separate product in the dynamics.set fiile), and you print those reports via: Tools - Routines - Company - VAT Daybook Reports.
Also make sure you've setup the VAT Calendar: Cards - Company - VAT Calendar
