How to enrol employee in a new leave plan as part of the same leave type?

Hi experts, 

I have a few leave plans that are part of an annual leave (type), which I want to remove employees around as they are moving their work hours/days.

I currently have someone on a FTE 1 leave plan but they are removing the PTE 0.8 and I want to stop or remove them from the FTE 1 leave plan (annual leave type) and add them to the PTE 0.8 leave plan (annual leave type) without loosing the balance that they've accrued as part of the FTE plan. 

How would I go about doing this?
