Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Business Central Integration - bcbi_companyid ERROR

Dear Team,

When trying to perform 'Synchronise Modified Records' in 'Common Data Service Setup', I come into the below error...

"Entity 'product' does not contain the 'bcbi_companyid' attribute. Re-enable the CRM integration and redeploy the integration solution"

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks,

    Sounds like a synchronisation issue.

Product is what it is called in CRM - BC (Business central) Bi (Bi directional) Companyid ( what is missing and it is expecting)

Are you manually synchronising or have you set up some mapping ?

Have a look at the Integration Table Mappings page and the Integration Field Mapping page and see if you can see anything there

    Hi Paul,

We haven't done the mapping before the integration no.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

Look at the Integration Table Mapping List page and via lookup open the filter. The GUID of the company should match the GUID as shown in CDS.

    Thanks.

    Hi Marco,

Do mean the fields within 'Table Filter' should match the fields within 'Integration Table Filter'

    Hello,

Let me try to setup this inhouse as I did see this question before in one of a support ticket. After that I have done this task, I will come back to you.

    Thanks.
