Is there a way to search and find the serial numbers of the units that was shipped to the customer based on the invoice number or sales order number?

    Hi, because there is a 1-to-many situation, this cannot be queried on one page.
    You can find the Serial No. from Item Ledger Entries first, and then search for Posted Sales Shipment and Value Entries based on the records.
    Value Entries: Sales Invoice Number
    Posted Sales Shipment: Sales Order Number
     
    If you consider customizing, you can associate these two numbers to Item Ledger Entries, but if there are multiple ones, the first one may be displayed.
