Hi All,
I am have issues installing RMS. I get the error below. This is a newly imaged computer with a small list of applications in a domain environment. I get the same error on several computers.
Some computers do work using the same image.

Yeah, we have tried different copies of the software and still have the same exact error.

Can you copy the RMS installation folder from a new PC and try this again. We faced this once but was able to install it after copying a fresh installation folder.
Yup. Ran as Administrator and same error.

Did you select 'Run as Administrator' when opening the executable file ?
