Bank Management Workspace Analytics Report Shows Blank

Hi,

The environment is Version 10.0.13 PU37 with default Contoso database. No custom Main Account categories created.

We deployed all Power BI files successfully:

My work tab shows data:

bank-mgmt.png

I double confirm the data sources in database, data definitely exist:

But the bank balances report in Analytics tab shows blank:

Why is this happening?Anything I might have missed out?

    What exact environment type is this? Is it a machine on Azure or a local DevBox? Did you configure the PowerBI.com configurations settings?

    Hi Andre,

    It's a Tier-2 UAT environment.

    PowerBI.com configurations settings already configured. Most of the PowerBI reports are showing just fine, except this one and another one or two.

    You can check the documentation if there is some hint for you here: docs.microsoft.com/.../power-bi-embedded-integration

    If this doesn't help you can create a ticket for Microsoft Support.

    PS: Do you have demo data in a UAT environment?

    Hi

    In my demo environment as well Bank management analytics is not showing any data. as Andre suggested, raise a support ticket.
