I am trying to add a static text like privacy statement to the customer voice survey form, but I couldn't find any label type question types available.
I have tried with Sections, but I can only position the text at the top, but I need it to be placed at the bottom of the form just before submit button. Could some one please advice how I can implement the above.
Is this is a limitation of Customer Voice Survey form, or is there a way can I implement that feature.
I am also struggling to add a single check box (Check box and text next to it).
