RMS Headquarter Administrator On Win Server 2008 R2 Standard not working

I am trying to connect to my DB Server through RMS Headquarter Administrator and it shows me the below error and be noted that connection is success and also i have one server only so i am connecting using . or local ip

Error : To Connect to This Server you must use SQL server management Studio or SQL server management Objects (SMO)

SQL Server Version : 2008 R2 SP3 X64

RMS Version : 2.0.0126

OS : Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard

    Need to install SQL Server 2005 Backwards Compatibility pack on all servers/workstations. Not sure where the download is located now.

    File name is: SQLServer2005_BC_x64.msi

    Tried to Install SQLSERVER 2005 Backward Compatibility but its not supported in Windows 2008
