We have a base solution in our 8.2 environment, we have gone through the painful process to get certain features working on mobile. With the new V9 mobile and UI it seems as though some of the workarounds we did will not be needed. When I take our base solution from 8.2 and move it to a 9.0 trial org it creates a web version. So then I need to create a new UI app from the solution to use for mobile which involves selecting entities, forms, views, charts, dashboards, and sitemap (we have lots). My question is this, when we upgrade our Org to 9.0 from our 8.2 version, will that solution create UI Apps when installed on 9.0 Orgs or will this need to be set up each time? Is the testing I am performing with an 8.2 solution in a 9.0 Org the same as when I take a solution from a 9.0 and move it to another 9.0 Org? Any information or direction would be appreciated, thanks!
