Correcting existing data after changing Date Time behavior from User Local to Time Zone Independent

Hi All,

Whats the best way to update existing Date and Time data field after changing the behavior from User Local to Time Zone Independent? I am aware that they are stored as UTC in database but I am unsure on how to convert them back to their original time zone?

Please advise, thank you!
