    Hi Aric,

Thanks so much for your prompt response. It worked now - so I can only create dashboards that will display Iframes through "Solutions"?

    Greg,

Let me know if you still need to get your social accounts still added.

If you create a System dashboard, using a solution. you need to uncheck the Restrict cross-frame scripting when supported option. This cannot be unchecked for a personal dashboard.

    Hi yawer,

I tried the Iframe option, but received the below error message.

"This content cannot be displayed in a frame

To help protect the security of information you enter into this website, the publisher of this content does not allow it to be displayed in a frame."

    Kindly advise?

    Regards

    Hi Aric,

I tried the above steps before, but I receive the below error.

Kindly advise if I need to enable a setting in CRM to view the social media links?

    Regards

    Greg

    Hi Greg_CRM,

Do you want to add  your FB and Twitter accounts as they are ? If so you can use IFRAME.

You can use web resources if you have a html application (or web page) that do something with FB or Twitter.

Please explore Microsoft Social Engagement if you have not explore it before:

    Hi Greg,

You can create a new dashboard in CRM, and add two iframe controls.

In the first iframe set the source to your facebook url, and in the second set the source to your twitter url.

    Hope this helps.
