Hi! I have just upgraded to 25.2. I now realise that when I open a new sales order, the sales person is not copied from the customer card, it became me as a user.
I am not sure this is happening because of the upgrade or not? Is there a new setting that I should be aware of?

    Thanks for all your answers. This appear to have been some kind of bug. Now it works as default again with no move from my side. So much trouble for nothing. I however learn something on the way that we have use for so thats something! 😊

    Out of the box if a customer card has a Salesperson Code, any sales orders created for that customer will automatically inherit that Salesperson Code, the system does not consider the User ID of the person creating the order. There's no setup for this, it's just how it works. If this doesn't work for you, do you have any customization that changed this functionality?

    I suggest asking the developer to check it, not sure if this is caused by customization.

    The users table and the sales person tables are 2 different tables. Maybe the naming happens to the be same for you on those tables. You could ask the admin to remove the sales person code for you on the user setup page.

    Hi! I am sorry but I don't quite follow what is the standard behaviour or not.
    Until now the standard as I know it have been that the Sales person follow to the sales order from the customer card.
     
    If I didn't want that to be the case, the sales person on the customer card would have been empty. Then it have catched the sales person from the user setup.
    (That is how we do it in purchases, which mean I cannot remove the salesperson/purchase person from the user setup.)

    Hi, Try deleting the Salespers./Purch. Code in User Setup. As far as I know this should be the standard behavior.

    It seems there is issue with the extension. Could you put debugger and check it
