I found a forum article that says to look at a KB article (2525776) in PartnerSource. However, when I type in that article ID number in the search, it can't find it. Is there a special way to search by article number? I can't find it.....

Also, AFAIK, starting from 2013 version this issue already has been fixed... What version do you operate with?
You can directly search KB Aricle at Partner Source or Customer Source. There is no special way for this.
