I`ve read all that article prior to submitting ticket here and I know that this is bad practice. But still I have request from customer to give an option how to do this if it is possible at all.
The main reason why we need this is because there are several DBs on one server and after recompiling language is lost. ClickOnce should allow to connect to DB directly (correct me if I am wrong) and recompile objects w/o erasing languages and diacrytical symbols.
