How to imports topics from excel/pdf in power virtual agents.

Hi All,

I'm trying to imports topics from excel or pdf but getting below error while importing.

Note:

Url is secure with https ( you can see in screenshot also).

Could anyone can help me to resolve this error?

Hi,

Please check that the URL you are using is in compliance with the specification.
According to the description in the documentation, it is not possible to upload local files:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/advanced-create-topics-from-web#microsoft-excel

If you are sure that you are using https (but not http), it may be because you are using a URL that requires security verification,

please change the URL that is not logged in or that has not taken security verification.
