so, soon I am having a presentation regarding holistic customer/account view in Microsoft Dynamics.
As I am currently preparing demo where I'm planning to show all the informations related, such as demographic features, location, financial statments, some marketing indicators etc., I came to the point where it all seems "dry" and "arid" and I am thinking of including some innovative and interesting correlations to show within the entity. For example, to show how social activity positively correlated with marketing campaign responses during specific period etc.
If some of you have examples or suggestions like above mentioned, they are VERY welcome!
