Transaction date does not fall within the period to post for the batch warning

During testing SL 7 FP1 (with 50 odd hotfixes) we used to get this warning message in Cash Account Transaction screen (20.010.00).  Later we upgraded our production environment and applied SP3 (since SP3 was applied, did not apply hotfixes).  Now we dont get this warning message on Cash Account Transaction screen(20.010.00) and wondering is it has something to do with SP3.

Can anybody confirm they see this warning in their environment and if so what SL 7 version and service packs/hotfixes they have applied.

    Never mind. Just figured the warning is there but it does not popup unless date field is changed. Ahhh...
