how to get incident entities or incident management system??
Hi Saumil,
From following link, I know that CRM Hub app has only 2 entities (Accounts and Contacts) by default.
How to Install Dynamics 365 CRM Hub and Obtain Mobile Access (alithya.com)
If so, you need add case entity or other entities you need to the CRM Hub app by app designer.
To verify that it was correct, I went and installed the CRM Hub app.
When i open the app, the app just has following components in the sitemap, the case entity is really not included anymore.
Now, you can open app designer to add case entity to sitemap.
Refresh CRM Hub app page, you will find that case entity has appeared in the sitemap.
If I misunderstood the question, please elaborate the same further, providing relevant screenshots is the best option if possible.
Regards,
Leah Ju

Thank you @Leah... that helped.. Actually I have followed the same steps earlier but I could not see the Case Entity in the list same as you. But I had to provision CRM Hub again and now I can see case entity.
but your post helped me confirm where I was not getting entities.
