There can be many reasons for this.
Can you confirm if you're able to print other reports?
If yes - Please enable remote errors
And also please check
First of all, we need to know what the error is exactly, and as the message displayed suggests, you can enable remote errors for it on the report server.

Or you find the error in the Reporting Services log file or in the Event Log on the report server (Windows Logs/Application):

How was the user added on the report server side? Via a user group or as an individual account?

Have you tried the 'usual' things such as resetting the user's usage data or deactivating/re-activating or deleting/re-importing the user account?
