How to add up all Opportunity Products tied to an Opportunity record?

On the Opportunity record I have a section to show the Opportunity Products that are tied to the Opportunity. On the Opportunity Product records I have a field called, "Full Annual Revenue" and so when an Opportunity product is tied to an opportunity, I need a way to sum up the Full Annual Revenue field for all of those opportunity product records and then place the total sum amount into a field on the Opportunity record.

I got it to work. I just created another sum field on the Opportunity product to grab the Full Annual Revenue value and put that into the sum field. Then did the roll-up like you mentioned, and that worked. Thank you.

Hello, this doesn't seem to be working for me. So on the Opportunity Products form I have a field called, "Full Annual Revenue" field, which is a calculated field already. (Maybe this is where the issue lies)

So when an Opportunity product is tied to an opportunity, I need a way to sum up the Full Annual Revenue (calculated)field for all of those opportunity product records and then place the total sum amount into a field on the Opportunity record.

Hi partner,

We can create a rollup field on the Opportunity.

After the rollup field is created, wait 12 hours, and then it will aggregate every hour to display the latest results.

You can also click Recalculate button to see the latest result.
