Hi,
Some of my sales colleagues pointed out that certain records in contacts are not found when quick search or global search is used.
These records exist, I could find them in advanced search or manual page flipping.
For each of these records, one of the following abnormal behavior appear:
I did write the name correctly, and tried many formulations e.g. <Name Surname>, <Surname only> or <Surname Name>.
After a long search in the internet, I suspect that the problem lies in indices, but I couldn't come up with a definite reason. I read also that many admins face and ignore warnings about incompatibility in indices between when upgrading CRM2015 to CRM2016. I started managing this System after it was already updated. So I can't know for sure.
What could be the problem?
