Translating Parameters on Email Templates

Dear All,

My application has Email Templates that are sent to various teams in two languages: English & Arabic. Arabic is already enabled and can be used. My problem is with the parameters that are used on the email template such as "!Case:Owner". Every template must have the messages in the two languages. Is there a way to display the translated value of "!Case:Owner" for the Arabic text while the English text keeps the value as is such as "Customer Services" team?. Thank you
