Hi,
There is a setup on purchase order line for under delivery & over delivery. Whenever you reduce the quantity on purchase order line and under delivery is 0% system will throw this error while processing invoice.
You can define under delivery & over delivery at item level in item master and same can be defined in purchase order line level too.
You can check for that item what is the setup, any change in qty. if yes you have to update the under delivery (%).
