Is it possible to add which document numbers a cash receipt is applied to when printing or emailing a cash receipt? Or can you Print/Email the Applied to Debits Screen?

I see where I can print the "RM Apply Document Report," but is this only for open payments? How could I print this report for historical payments?

I don't believe there is any Cash Receipt print functionality within GP to do this. Would printing the customer statement and/or a custom SmartList or SSRS (based on a SQL view) work?

Yes, we do not have smartlist builder or anything though. Typically a trial balance works, but in this instance there is an invoice posted on the same day as the payment so it only confuses the customer.
