how do you turn on the databaase in rms 2.0 when it says it is offline when you try to back it up

I have rms 2.0 w Feature pack 1 try to backup the database to move it to another computer,

    Thank you for your question Robert.

    In order to back up the database, the machine you are trying to back it up from must be connected to the server with SQL running. If you have already removed this machine from your network, please try backing up the database directly from the old server and move it to the new one.

    If you are connected to  the old server and are continuing to have problems backing up the database, please reply to this thread with additional information and I will be happy to help.
