Hi, does anyone know if it is possible to open knowledge articles in a new tab from within a case? We use a relevance search which displays relevant knowledge articles to staff depending on a call / enquiry type. Displaying the search results works well, and the preview does show the first 4/5 lines of the article. We have a requirement whereby if a user clicks onto the knowledge article, it opens in a new tab rather than be embedded within the knowledge articles tab. Any help or steer on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
