Are the two Actions
only required if you use a custom plug-in to utilize a preferred geospatial data provider* (*See here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/common-scheduler/developer/create-custom-plugin-preferred-geospatial-data-provider)
or does it make sense to have them activated even if you don't use another geodata provider?
Reason for this question: in our DEV they are in Draft but in PROD and vanilla trials they are Active and I don't know why there is this difference.
It is recommended that all out of the box Workflows should be active.
Are you experiencing different behavior in Dev instance as compared to Prod?
OK, right, got an Error now on Schedule Board, wehn trying to book a Resource Crew. After reactivation of the actions it worked again.
Even when I think that not really all OOB workflows and actions have to be active, I mark your answer as Solution.
