When I resize the browser my PCF control reloads

Hi,

We are developing a PCF control. In the init method we create an iFrame and append it to the container. All is working well except that when I resize the browser it causes the PCF control to unload and reload i.e. destroy() is called the init() is called again. The iFrame disappears and is recreated. Is this the expected behavior? Can we prevent this from happening?

I have searched online and not found any reference to this and am unsure how to fix it.

Update: it seems to reload when the browser resize transitions it to tablet size, then reloads again as I resize it back to greater than tablet size. Does not happen when I continue to resize the page down to phone size though, after the reload at tablet size.
