I'm new to portals and would have assumed this would be OOTB functionality to only return Billing and Service Accounts that are associated to the respective logged in Contact/Portal User. This does not seem to be this case as the partner portal seems to be returning all accounts in the system and therefor timing out.
I am using the default "Active Accounts" View on the default "Customer Accounts" entity list but the list loads for some time to eventually time out and return an error message. "We're sorry, but something went wrong. Please try again, and if this persists, contact the website administrator."
I'm not sure if I might be missing something simple but surely in theory the portal cannot be returning all account records to the portal user that is logged in? Is this OOTB functionality or do I need to write some custom code to achieve this?
My requirement is to return all the service accounts that is linked to the billing account. The contact (portal user) will be created again the Billing account which is then linked to Service Accounts.
