Hello everyone, Do GS1 labels work with data enquiry mobile device menu items ? I have a barcode data policy, with an application identifier for the serial number, however the enquiry does not respect this when scanning :

Data enquiry with GS1 labels

Hi yes it works,

Please see my below setup

1 - My item with GS1 barcode

2 - Data enquiry mobile menu for serial number look up

3 - Barcode data policy

4 - GS1 barcode I wish to scan as below (Serial07 is the serial number and 11111111111111 is the item GTIN code)

5 - Now when I scan this GS1 barcode the mobile menu the warehouse app properly parses the data and shows me the serial enquiry (See below)

Serial master in D365 :)

So, it works and there are lot more possibilities. I have just shown one example. It all depends on your GS1 barcode details and how you will parse the information, D365 can do it all.
