How to copy my history section in Notes

As here When I partially ship or fully ship the sales order , in my enquiry page it shows the date, user and time of the sales order shipped in my page.

I want to copy that same history section into my notes also, so how can I do? I used copylinks function, and write notes still not working for me. So how can we do that?

So where to use copylinks so that this history get's copied in my notes

Please give some solution.
