Approval Workflow Email Notification

Hi everyone,

I have a doubt. We are using the standard workflow template for Purchase Order and we are using a workflow group for approval process. Workflow group consists of 5 members: 1st approver, a group of 3 approvers (sequence no 2) and a third approver.

My doubt is with regards to email notification. When the first approver approves the record, email is sent to 3 people (members with sequence no 2). After all the three group members approves it, email is sent to the 5th approver. Our requirement is that, when one of the members with sequence no 2 approves it, notification emails should be sent to the two members with sequence number 2. And after the next approval, notification should be sent to the remaining approver with sequence number 2.

Can this be done with the standard workflow? Or do we have to customize it?

I am completely new to Navision, I have been trying various conditions and responses in this workflow but none of them is satisfying the requirement....
