    Hi BillDoors,

Can you show what fields you have used? In the options section of the Excel Data integrator, there is an option to clear binding cache. Have you tried this as well?

    Hi André,

We followed your suggestion and cleared the binding cache but we stiil get the same error message

The fields we are trying to add are:

    - Account.BusinessUnit

    - Account.Department

    - Account.Events

*We also tried from D365 Reseting the Usage, had the customer log back in and attempted to add the fields again with no luck.

    Customer Excel version is 1903

We tried from a different machine using version 1902 and it worked fine so we thought that the issue was the version. However, just to make sure we tried from a third machine also using 1903 and it also worked which means the Excel version is not the problem.

    Hi BillDoors,

Have you tried to get the dimensions from the default dimension field? As this is a vendor invoice journal, the account contains only the vendor account. The dimension field has the individual dimensions for all account types other then main account.
