HI, we are unable to sync our stores with the HQ and keep getting the error "primary" file group is full. We are able to upload new items to the stores, but not able to get time card reports, journals, Inter-store transfers etc. How do I fix this problem? Thank you for your help.

Mabuhay! Hi! any update on this error? Our error starts when we limit the log autogrowth to restricted and we notcie 401 meets error and our branches cant receive Stock Transfer from other branch. Any help on this? Thanks.
Also, depending on your Sql Server version, your file set might have reached maximum size.
Hi; I have the same problem, how do I set the AUTOGROWTH for the database? I have plenty of disk space and my database is just 4gb my free space in the hard drive is 50gb, so I just need to set ON the AUTOGROWTH option, How do I do this?
Its not a HDD space issue, the HQ database is full. If running the 2005 or 2008 Express version of SQL, it has a size limit of 4g, upgrading to the 2008 R2 or 2012 Express version, gives you 10g.
You didn't tell us what version of RMS you are using, but anything 2.0 or greater should work with 2008 R2. If you are uncomfortable on how to do this, I've posted step by step upgrade guides here in the past.
thank you for your answer, I think this may be the issue, but I cant figure out how to change the recovery model or the limit for growth?
Most probably there's no free space on the HDD, check free space and change the recovery model of the database to Simple if it is Full, make sure there is not limit for the database growth
